See below instructions for using your kippiclayTM heating and cooling packs!
Cooling Instructions
- Freeze for at least two hours and leave it out to thaw for 5 to 10 minutes before inserting into your Kippi Dog Bed.
- Most effectively used in pairs, inserted into the two separate side slots underneath the bolster (head rest).
- Insert the packs and zip closed to maximise insulation.
- Check to ensure the surface of the bed isn’t too cold for your dog.
- If in doubt, add a blanket or thick cloth over the top of the bed.
Heating Instructions
- To heat pack, wrap with damp cloth or paper towel and place in a microwave for 20 seconds using a medium power setting.
- Place in microwave for additional 10 seconds intervals until desired temperature is reached.
- Your heated kippiclayTM pack should be warm (not hot) to the touch.
